1963: George and Nitsa Themistocleous established G+K Exclusive Fashions Ltd.

1963: First exports to Kuwait.

1966-1970: Exports in Libya.

1970-1974: Factory expansion- to 60 personnel.

1974-1984: Exports continue-178 personnel.

1988: Expansion into the UK.

1989-1991: Exports to well-known stores in the UK through J.Vs.
C&A, Debenhams, Principles, Richards Shops, British Home Stores, Mothercare, Windsmoor, Dorothy Perkins.

1991: Beginning of cooperation with Asda.

1992-1999: Exports to C&A, Tesco, The National Magazine Company, The Dee Group, B-Wise, Fielding Group  (Supplying Mothercare, British Home Stores, Dunnes Stores, The Disney Stores Europe)

1999: Close cooperation with Asda/Wal*Mart

Feb 2000:  G+K becomes a PUBLIC company

Sept. 2000: Registered in the Cyprus Stock Exchange

April 2001: Founded Helium Design Co. Ltd

June 2001: Takeover of ASA Exclusive Ltd main competitor in the UK

July 2005: Acquiring 50% SC PROMODA S.A. (main factory in Tulcea Romania)

2007:  The Group has established "Fashion Creations Ltd." in Egypt. Fashion Creations is a manufacturing company owned by 100% by G&K Group
